LENGTH OF STAY- There is no minimum stay requirement at The Mary-am Hotel North York.

CHECK OUT - Our regular check out time is 11 AM however, based on availability, we may be able to accommodate guests until 1 PM without any additional fees.
PARKING - Parking is available on site at the Hotel. There is a $10 fee per night for parking unless included in your package.
BILLING - A valid credit card in your name is required to confirm a reservation. Payment for your Suite must be made in full upon check in. If you are unable to provide a credit card, a $150 cash deposit will be required.
METHODS OF PAYMENT - Cash, VISA, Master Card, American Express and Debit are accepted. Direct Bill privileges available upon approval.
CANCELLATION BEFORE ARRIVAL - To Cancel a reservation or change arrival to a later date, a 48 hours' notice from 3 PM on the day of check in is required. Otherwise a cancellation fee of one night will be charged. Notice can be made via Phone or e-mail..
CANCELLATION DURING STAY - To depart earlier than scheduled after check in, a 24 hours' notice is required prior to the date you wish to depart on. Otherwise a cancellation fee of one night will be charged.
